I was exploring CTS, but I've learned that Tick data is only available through their "Advanced Data & Charting" service, which at $200/month minimum is beyond what I think I should have to pay. This is not the case when using Sierra Chart with CTS T4. You will have access to both historical and real-time tick by tick data. So you do not need the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed but you may want to keep it because the latency is going to be lower most likely with the real-time data with our data feed.
