If TT says this is true, then you can trust that information is correct. Sierra Chart does support TT FIX. This is documented here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradingTechnologies.php But according to TT Sierra Chart does not support TT Multi-Broker FIX.
