What you say cannot possibly be correct. So therefore that message about trading being locked must not have been the last message in the Trade Service Log at the time you had a problem and was listed earlier in the Trade Service Log. Therefore, it must be unrelated.

There is not any further information we can provide about this.

You cannot get that message about trading being locked if the options we listed above are disabled. There is 0% chance of that.
