The problem is not that a blank chart is opening, but rather that no chart is opening at all, blank or otherwise. I have tried opening a new chart in my Chartbook1, which has my other correctly working charts, by going to File > Find Symbol and, for example, clicking on the U.S. Futures September 2015 10 year treasury note, but nothing appears. I also tried this process in a new chartbook, with the same result. Thank you.
