Please install version 976 with this link: http://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/976SierraChartSetup.exe So if McAfee cannot help you, our advice is do not use the McAfee program. Clearly it is blocking the connection. And disabling its firewall is not helping. So it is not functioning correctly. McAfee is not a program that we recommend using.
