Hello, I have been experiencing difficulties using my SC since morning. The charts keep dropping off reporting "Waiting to download historical data". After disconnecting and connecting, it sometimes gets even worse, when 80% of charts are loading with the same message "Waitinf to download historical data". I have doublechecked my internet connection as well as used a different one - unsuccesfully. Last thing I can think of is a malfunction on your side.
