We have made a revision to the latest prerelease. Update again with Help >> Download Prerelease. We corrected the problem with the Crosshair showing with the Pointer tool selected and some other minor changes. Refer to the attached image for the settings you need in Global Settings >> Tool Settings. Also enable the following: Tools >> Auto Snap on Creation Uncheck: Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Include Open/Close in Auto Snap Adjust the Auto Snap Sensitivity as required.
