OK so it sounds like you solved the problem with the Data folder. You just need to move the files within that additional Data folder up one level. The ToolBar settings are located in the Sierra3.CFG file in the main Sierra Chart folder. It sounds like you are referring to the MDI child window or Chartbook tabs on the bottom?
