Thanks, that made it work! Three related follow up questions:

1.  The bid/ask prices for FXCM’S EUR/USD in my Sierra Chart demo account are different from the bid/ask prices for EUR/USD in the Metatrader account I have with FXCM. Specifically, the spread is about 10 pips higher in the FXCM chart I made with SC then in the FXCM chart I made with Metatrader. Why is this?

2.  In my Sierra Chart demo account I see the option to open a chart for the following 3 different symbols. What exactly is the difference between these three symbols? (For instance, can the first symbol show the bid and the ask prices? Or can only the second symbol show the bid and the ask prices?)
-EURUSD | Euro/US Dollar
-EURUSD-BIDASK | Euro/US Dollar
-EURUSD-BID | Euro/US Dollar

3.  How can I get an SC chart to show a historical record of both the best bid and best ask prices (regardless of if a trade was made at either of these prices)? In other words, if I have a chart spanning one day, I’d like to be able to see what the best bid and best ask were at any moment of time during that day.
