OK, that is the problem. I am still using XP. Thanks. But as I mentioned earlier I am able to connect to Rithmic using XP with V983 or lower. I don't understand this. Also, if I upgrade windows should I use 7 or 8? I recall in some prior thread where you recommended Windows 7 over 8. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-06-14 16:55:00
