Good Morning, I currently have a ZM/ZL spread I want to unwind through chart trading mode on Sierra Chart/TT. I'm getting the following error message when attempting to close the position. Trade Order Error - TT order update (Rejected). Info: Unknown instrument. Internal Order ID: 3. Symbol: ZL-201307-CME | 2013-06-14 23:37:47 Trade Order Error - TT order update (Rejected). Info: Unknown instrument. Internal Order ID: 5. Symbol: ZM-201307-CME | 2013-06-14 23:45:04 I have contacted Crossland the clearer, but they say this is a Sierra Chart issue which they don't support and that I should speak to you to get it resolved. Please can you look into this and rectify it . Thank you |
