I was having a similar problem with IQFeed. It was only downloading minute data up until 3/13(ish) and then it would be blank after that. I have my days to download set at 2000. After it downloaded all the minute data I did the edit/download data - intradata chart option and selected 3/13 as the date to download from. Once I did that it started downloading the tick data.
