Make sure your computer's clock is set accurately including the time zone. Refer to help topic 38:
Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating

However, once this is corrected it is not going to change the existing order fill entries.

Let us know if this solves the problem for order fills going forward from now.
