Neither of these Message Logs indicate a freezing problem at the moment in time when the Add Custom Study button is pressed. Describe the particular problem that is occurring in your case currently and the steps that lead up to it and exactly the step just before it occurs. It sounds like you are experiencing a different problem and it may be a problem with one of the other DLL files you have. Therefore, refer to help topic 17: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails17.html For the record, you are using 20 custom DLL files when most of our users are using one that we provide. It is likely the problem is one of those other DLL files and the issue is not something within our control.
