Post From: trade data not posting to Trade Activity Log correctly

I am traveling and using my laptop to trade. I normally use a desktop at home. The Trade Activity Log does not appear to be posting my activity correctly. I took 2 trades this morning between 8:00 and 8:30 central time and the only way they will show in the TAL is if I query from July 14th, yesterday. The desk top app does not function this way. Trades from today can be queried for the 15th and they will show. Can you help me.

Also, I don't have history of my trades showing on the laptop application of SC, and I am told historical activity only resides on my hard drive. So if I buy a new computer, does this mean I lose all of my historical information? I heard about this from another vendor.
