1. Keyboard shortcuts are not supported for these trading commands. You need to use the Chart Shortcut menu displayed by right clicking on the chart to select these commands. If they are not listed, then you need to add them through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Trade Menu. 2. Something like this can be done by using the Study/Price Overlay study.
