What is the status of the order when it does not fill? You will see that on the order line. It should be "Open". Are you watching the order on the exact same chart you submitted it from? This is necessary. It is not due to parallels. It could not be. There also could be a misunderstanding about how orders fill. You cannot observe the last trade price crossing through the order.
