In the case of CME futures, there is at least 4 years of historical tick by tick data. The best way to ensure that you have tick by tick data is to follow the instructions here and re-download the data: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TickbyTickDataConfiguration.php In the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, make sure you re-download the data for all contracts loaded in the chart.
