If you duplicate into the same chartbook, the formulas will not copy to the new sheet#. In the spreadsheet study settings, you can set the Formula Source Sheet Number to the sheet with the formulas, or you can set the Formula Source Sheet Number to match the chart#, then copy/paste the formulas to the new respective sheet#. You'll need to do the latter if you have any references to non-updating cells, e.g column H. Also, in most cases, the Chart Data Output Sheet Number should be 0. If you duplicate to another chartbook, the chart numbers might be different, so you'll probably also need to use the spreadsheet settings to line up the formula sheets with the chart#s.
