In regards to the packet loss problem, we are seeing 0% packet loss today. We will wait a week to make sure it is definitely resolved. If so, then a network switch that Barchart replaced solved the problem. On one of the servers, which users were being kept off of, we were seeing very significant packet loss of over 1% at times.
