So what you're telling me here is that it's my problem, it's "some other setting," the software is without any problems, and that I should just randomly keep changing things until it stops trying to load charts in an infinite loop? Yes, the answer is the same: it's a bug; but once again you won't take ownership. You already know this section of the software is brittle and prone to problems, pushing it back on me isn't going to make that problem go away.
