I know my login data for the OEC-Trader. OEC support confirmed that they are the same as for the SierraChart Software.
When I enter the data in the first Login-Mask of SierraChart I can not login but get an error message ("Invalid Account Name or Password..." and so on).
OEC support suggested to ask the SierraChart support for further support. So, which data (Account Name, Password, HTTP Proxy necessary? Port 80 right?) do I have to type in at the "Sierra Chart 984 Login" window? Maybe you have the right informations.
(SierraChart is enabled at OEC for my account.)
