We do not know how we can help with this. The calculations are being done properly. We cannot make them any better because they are already being done properly. If there is a problem with the underlying stock data feed, it is not obvious to us what that would be. One thing we can do is reset the calculation for the TICK at the start of the open at 9:30 Eastern time, rather than midnight. We will look at this again.
