I have connected a Barchart feed, but the CBOT data for Dow Jones Futures contracts is delayed, the data vendor Barcharts have advised the real time feed it activated on their end along with all other data feed but for some strange reason Sierra charts is only showing delayed data for Dow Jones. Can you explain why this might be happening and what might be blocking the live data feed. I can confirm Barcharts have checked their systems 3 times and have advised the feed is live on their end. All other futures feeds are coming through live and fine.
