Hi there, I am trying to use the Sp500 symbol for the intraday data for the Es mini contract and I am not able to load it up. It says the symbol does not exist ? I have also paid for the CME package, to use with Interactive Broker, which was working until this morning and stopped now. Does the IB account have to be funded in order to use this discounted package ? Many thanks Kyle
