Hi My TPO and footprint charts are not displaying the correct data for the Shatzl even though OEC has the data available on the s5 trader platform. My chart/data settings are all correct. As you can see from the TPO and intraday chart, I only have data from 30th April. On the footprint chart there is NO data of any trades. Please kindly offer some advice from looking at the screenshot below. Thanks Oliver
