Any modern multicore processor will be fine. As I've stated before, I even run SC in a Windows8 VM with 4 virtual cores (on top of 4 physical). The only time it ever matters is in loading data which is a minority of the use case. Steady state charting isn't high on CPU needs unless you have 100s of indicators.
