Are you referring to historical Daily data or historical Intraday data? Historical Daily data is already in a CSV format which is documented here: Text/CSV Data Format In the case of Intraday data, it can be exported to a CSV format which is documented here: Exporting and Importing Intraday Data Files Sierra Chart Support
