hi there,

thats what i got from my broker and rithmic:

1.
We can see that the user PREIMER has been having frequent connectivity issues this week when using the ISP t-ipconnect.de (in Germany or Switzerland?) and connecting to our Chicago data center. The connection has dropped due to disconnects or no heartbeat events. This may be due to ISP issues which the customer would have to escalate to his Internet Service Provider.

As an alternative, the customer can try connecting to our European gateway.

Please log into the Rithmic R|Trader platform and set your Rithmic Login to the European gateway.

R|Trader does not have a setting which changes the behavior of 3rd party applications. Please contact Sierra Charts on this matter as I have other Sierra Charts customers connected through the European gateway as I write this.
