Hi, Yesterday, I added some credit to be able to use SC Exchange Data. Today, when I turn my platform on, I receive a message stating ""Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information", which makes no sense because I have the correct symbol "CLK15" and am not getting real time data at the moment. I will appreciate your support in resolving this issue.
