I did not find the solution.

I went to the instance/ copy of Sierra Chart connected to IQ Feed and opened a chart.
Chart do not updates in realtime, however it updates once, in the case when I switch off/on data connection.

I communicated with IQfeed support:
" We’re not experiencing any data issues on this side."



I excersised the followings in the instance/copy of Sierra Chart connected to IQ Feed:

1.
After these two steps:
File >> Disconnect
File >> Connect to Data Feed.

the data were downloaded, however only once. Afterwards no updating takes place.


2.
No values are displayed in: Window >> Current Quote Window

3.
Chart >> Chart Settings on the menu.
I checked the following and there is no checkmark by Advanced Settings >> Disable Data File Updating

4. This box is set to blank:
Main Settings >> Use Date Range >> To

5.
File / Connect to datafeed - is disabled.
