I got it working again. I attempted a few things before I got it working again. I removed the spreadsheet studies and tried to add a new spreadsheet. The new spreadsheet would not show any data and it showed the WorkbookSet Lock error. Rebooting didn't seem to change anything either. Then I upgraded to version 982 and now I can open a new spreadsheet study without the error. I'll have to rebuild my prior spreadsheet studies but at least it's working again. I don't know why upgrading made a difference but it did. Anyway, thanks for looking into this. It can be closed out.
