Go to the spreadsheet and select Spreadsheet >> Workbook Explorer. On the left side of the Workbook Explorer you will see the different Books and Sheets listed. Select each one and check the Protection settings on the right to make sure they are disabled. There are separate protection settings for the Books and Sheets. So check each one.
