Since I did not hear anything from you again I contacted Barchart by myself and I have the written confirmation now that the feed is enabled. Again, I opened a chart for TWTR now and the backfill is done via IB, not via your feed. No [M] in the chart and I can see that the backfoll comes from IB. all settings as described above by you. I did send you a log file to support@sierrachart.com and feel like your Beta Tester now (unfortunately unpaid). |
