If you set to the same Chart Region on all spreadsheet studies, you can use the same-named spreadsheet for all charts in the chartbook. (You don't necessarily need a separate spreadsheet file for each chart.) By default, each Sheet# (in the upper left corner dropdown) will correspond to the chart#, and this is the sheet that the formulas need to be on. If you are using the same formula on all sheets, you can set one sheet to be the master so that you only have to edit it in one place. This is done by setting the Formula Source Sheet Number of every same-named spreadsheet study to the same value. But specifically to your issue, the missing formulas are related to formulas entered on sheets that do not correspond to the chart #, or the Formula Source Sheet Number setting does not correspond to the sheet with the formulas.
