There are two problems. You did not activate any exchanges: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=MarketDataFeedFeatures And you have the wrong Service selected in Sierra Chart. It cannot be set to "Barchart". It needs to be "SC Exchange Data" or one of the supported trading services. If you want to get data for CME markets, you need to use one of the supported trading services.
