You should not be having this kind of difficulty as long as you use the standard settings. Go to each chart and Trade DOM and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Apply Global Symbol Settings button. The proper settings will be set. Press OK. Please do not change them. And be sure to do this: Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Press the Update From Server button. When that button becomes re-enabled, then press OK. After you do this, Save your Chartbook, exit from Sierra Chart and restart. We cannot even imagine, as long as you do the above, you would have a problem. There really is no chance of this. It sounds as though you are trying to alter the decimal position and not getting the settings right. Without remote assistance session, it's impossible for us to help with this because what we are hearing is quite confusing and not making sense.
