Our impression of this, is that there is not a new bar in the underlying data in the Daily or Weekly chart which has the Study Overlay - OHLC study. The solution to this is to set the chart data type in Chart >> Chart Settings to Intraday Chart Only for the chart that contains the Study Overlay - OHLC study.
