I am trading with rithmic feed and have a couple of orders that appear to be stuck. the orders were cancelled and rithmic acknowledges the cancellation and the order never gets filled but Sierra DOM shows it open and I cannot cancel it. When i try and cancel i get a message There was an error with the order cancellation: Rithmic Trading order update (Order cancel reject). Info: The order management system rejected request. Service order ID: 318 | 2015-01-14 20:08:32 * Rithmic Trading | Failure with order with Service Order ID: 322.
