This error is caused by anti-malware software on your system:
Failed to open the file: E:\SierraChart\Data\HindsightTrading.dll. Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. | 2013-05-27 14:39:17

Remove or disable the anti-malware software.

This error is caused by a custom study you are using which is causing a problem and needs to be recompiled for the current version of Sierra Chart:
Repeating the loading process because the chart parameters changed.
