I am trying to pull up a range chart for EURUSD and cannot seem to get any more than about 9 months worth of data? I am needing around 1-2 years worth for this particular chart. On Data/Trade services settings i have intraday data storage set to 1 second and "max historical intraday days to download" set to 365 for both non tick and tick data? Any suggestions?
