12/6: A: ^JPYUSD The daily chart was totally screwed, as I had previously uploaded. The 1hr had "0" for all Y tics. I had previously "Edit>Delete all data and download", no help. So, today, I deleted 2 files D:\SierraChart\Data\^JPYUSD.dly D:\SierraChart\Data\^JPYUSD.scid then repeated "Edit>Delete all data and download". Daily chart now fixed, 1 hr chart TOTALLY blank. Repeated "Edit>Delete all data and download" on 1hr, Daily is ok, 1 hr ok except all "0" for Y scale. Reloaded from Find Symbol and 1hr still has all "0" for Y tics. I suspect suppression of characters from decimal point onwards. B: MGZ14 / from "FS" Daily chart ok, 1 hr all "0.0001" for Y tics, as previously reported and uploaded. This time (surprise) "Edit>Delete all data and download" fixed. B2: Repeat from load of a chartbook; 1 hr ok, daily is total junk. B3: Repeat from FS and both MGZ14 charts are ok. Where is chaos entering my data? Why is it saved in a chartbook, but not in a fresh load from Find Symbol? I thought the raw files were same for both accesses. This suggests different sources for longterm/daily and 1hr data. If I purge all data files, your download limit will block full refresh.
