Hello Support,
I am a paid sierra customer, now I use simulated rithmic data feed temporarily.
I logged into sierra, and connected to rithmic data feed today morning (Time zone: gmt+1) and I realized that data is missing in all charts between yesterday evening and today morning. I get data since i have login today.
I tried the common processes: delete and redownload data, disconnect and reconnect, checked time zone, session time , but no result. What is the problem? Thank you!
