The ToolBar is something provided by Microsoft operating system functionality. It has limitations and problems and we are not going to struggle with it anymore. We are going to be developing our own ToolBar functionality early next year and will consider your requests. Most likely the whole model of how ToolBars will work will be completely different. We will confirm that there is no problems with the custom tool functionality which could cause an exception. We do not think so but we will make sure. We will not comment any further on the existing ToolBar functionality. We are tired of all of the problems and limitations with it.
