We have seen your other post about this problem and we did not realize it was related to the downloading of historical daily data. This is most likely the reason for the problem:

HTTP request #13 returned the following error: Windows error code 12029: A connection with the server could not be established | 2014-11-20 03:59:02
HD Request # 32 | Download from the SC Historical Data service failed due to a HTTP error. | 2014-11-20 03:59:02 *

This communication error should be resolved at this time.

Also update Sierra Chart by following the instructions here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate


This will solve a problem with unnecessary historical data downloads occurring over and over again under some conditions with Continuous Futures Contract charts.
