Below is an extract from your documentation:

"The Horizontal Line at Time study will draw a horizontal line starting from the Start Time input at the level of that bar specified with the Input Data input, all the way up until the bar the next occurrence the time is encountered."

To me that says it will draw a line at the START time of the bar associated with the start time I insert in the study's sub parameters.

So I am using 15 minute bars and Sierra shows the time a bar STARTS. So I was assuming if I used this study on 15 minute bars and put a start time of 9.30am it would plot a line at the ES cash open (9.30am).

But it plots the line where the 9.30am 15 minute bar CLOSES ie 9.45.

Is the documentation therefore correct?

Can an option be included in the sub parameters to achieve what I want?

Obviously I could use a start time of 9.15am as it would then plot the line based on the close of that bar ie 9.30. But I am overlaying the study onto a chart with lower time granularity (a Renko chart) so on that chart it plots the line from approximately 9.15 if I use the work around.
