I described the issue to TD Ameritrade. They said the following: "I was able to verify that the data is available on our feed, and there aren't any defects in the way data is being fed to other sites. If I find any useful information regarding the issue I'll get back to you." They also said my subscription was not the problem. I will either receive all symbols or none. There is no subscription problem that would cause some symbols to work and not others. Is there anything I can check in my configuration settings? Keep in mind I am not a programmer. |
