Hi Support, I just signed up for a 7 day free trial with IQ Feed data to connect with Sierra charts. I am only receiving 2 candle bars on the left side of the charts on each chart I have open. I am not receiving any historical data. Please let me know what im doing wrong or need to setup up. The connection with IQ feed is running and the prices are moving but the charts are not loading. Please help, thanks.
