We do see the connection problems in your Sierra Chart Message Log.

This is one of them:

OEC FAST Data socket (968) | Closed. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06
OEC FAST Data socket (968) | Shutdown and closed. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06
OEC FAST Data: Socket connection was closed without any logout messages sent or received. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06
Connection to the external service has been lost. | 2014-10-29 04:39:06

From what we can tell there are two possibilities here. Either a problem with the OEC server or a connectivity problem on your side. We do not have the ability to determine what the problem is but OEC does. However, from what we can tell it looks more to be on your side because we also have a connection to the same server and we are not noticing a problem at this time.

Try restarting your computer
