The problem with not receiving market data from IB is because of messages like these:

Message from IB: Requested market data is not subscribed.Error&DTB/IND/Top&DTB/IND/Top. IB Error Code: 354. Request ID: 1. Symbol: DAX-I-DTB. | 2014-10-27 19:07:03

You need to contact IB and make sure you are subscribed to all of the exchanges where the symbols you want to use in Sierra Chart, trade on. After that restart Sierra Chart.
